Bailey Studio designed the Merri Creek Sales Office as a calm and considered space that reflects the project’s close relationship to landscape, sustainability, and long-term urban living.

Positioned alongside the natural environment of Merri Creek, the interior draws heavily from its surroundings. Warm timber joinery, muted natural tones, and tactile materials create a sense of warmth and permanence, while expansive glazing frames views to the trees beyond, allowing light and landscape to become integral parts of the experience.

The space is organised to encourage ease and conversation, with a series of welcoming seating areas, integrated display zones, and carefully detailed joinery elements. Rather than imposing a traditional sales environment, the interior feels domestic and approachable, supporting slower, more thoughtful engagement.

Physical models, material samples, and project information are presented with clarity and restraint, ensuring the architecture and environmental narrative remain the focus. Planting and soft furnishings further soften the space, reinforcing a connection to nature and the creek-side setting.

The result is a sales office that feels grounded and authentic, offering a spatial expression of Merri Creek’s values and MAB’s commitment to responsible, design-led development.
