Bailey Studio designed the Mambourin Sales Office as a welcoming and intuitive environment that reflects the scale, ambition, and community focus of the development.The interior is organised through a series of softly defined zones, using curved joinery, vertical timber screens, and integrated display elements to guide visitors through the space. These moments create a natural flow, allowing areas for conversation, presentation, and pause without relying on rigid boundaries.

A warm material palette anchors the space, combining light timber finishes, muted greens, and earthy tones drawn from the surrounding landscape. Custom joinery and furniture pieces provide both function and visual continuity, while planting is layered throughout to soften the architecture and reinforce a connection to nature.

Digital displays and physical models are carefully integrated into the interiors, ensuring information is clear and accessible without dominating the spatial experience. Lighting is kept restrained and directional, supporting the material textures and enhancing the overall sense of calm.

The result is a sales office that feels considered and approachable, offering clarity and comfort while expressing Frasers Property’s commitment to thoughtful, people-centred communities.
