Bailey Studio was engaged to design the interiors for the Five Farms Sales Office, a space that introduces the values of the community before a single home is seen.

The brief called for an environment that felt calm, welcoming, and considered, balancing the scale of the architecture with warmth and human touch. Our approach focused on material honesty, restrained detailing, and a palette drawn from the surrounding landscape.

Natural timbers, soft neutral upholstery, and subtle green tones work together to create a sense of ease and longevity. Vertical timber battens and layered joinery elements reference the agricultural context of Five Farms, while custom furniture and integrated seating zones encourage conversation, pause, and connection.

Light was treated as a key material throughout the space, with carefully considered glazing, shadows, and soft illumination shaping how the interiors are experienced across the day. Planting and tactile finishes further enhance the sense of connection to place.
