Bailey Studio designed the Bradmills Sales Office as a contemporary space grounded in the industrial history and material language of the Bradmill precinct.

Drawing from the site’s manufacturing past, the interior balances robust forms and darker tonal elements with moments of warmth and refinement. Deep hues, textural finishes, and carefully controlled lighting create a sense of depth and atmosphere, while softer furnishings and timber accents introduce comfort and approachability.

The spatial layout is organised to support both presentation and conversation. A sequence of zones allows visitors to move fluidly between immersive media, physical models, and more intimate seating areas, creating a considered rhythm throughout the space. Integrated digital screens and custom joinery elements are used to communicate project information clearly, without dominating the environment.

Material selections reference the character of the broader development, combining durability with a contemporary sensibility. The result is a sales office that feels confident and grounded, offering a clear expression of Bradmills as a place shaped by history and reimagined for modern living.
